Zeljka Fuchs-Stone is a research professor of Physics and a director of the Climate and Water Consortium at New Mexico Tech (NMT). Her research focuses on moist convection and its interaction with large scale disturbances. Throughout her career, Dr. Fuchs-Stone has worked in the US and in her native country Croatia, Europe bringing science from two continents closer together. She prefers soccer to football.
